Salò is on the Western shore of Lake Garda in Northern Italy.
Travel
There are numerous airports in the vicinity of Salò, the closest being Verona (VRN). Milan Malpensa (MXP), Bergamo (BGY) and Venice (VCE) are other great options nearby.
There is excellent train service to Salò from each of these airports. The closest train stations are either Desenzano del Garda or Brescia.
In a rental car, taxi or car service, drive times vary from 1 hour (Verona to Salò), 1 hour, 45 minutes (Milan Malpensa to Salò) to 2 hours (Venice to Salò).
Accommodations
Villa Arcadio, the site of the ceremony and reception, has been rented exclusively for the wedding weekend. In addition to the hotels below, there are many house rental options in both the town of Saló and neighboring town of Gardone Riviera. If you'd like to stay beyond these towns we recommend renting a car to arrive to the wedding.

The hotel will have a complimentary shuttle service to the welcome dinner on August 18 and a shuttle available to transport guests to/from nearby destinations on August 19.
There is also parking available for rental cars.
